MNIK--A journey within..

Sometimes-it becomes agonizingly difficult for us to keep up to the pace at which the world around is changing. We have no option but to run and run and run.... Destination is no more the aim, it's being in the race which has become our prime goal.. And sometime while in the race we realize we might have defeated many but we have somewhere lost ourselves and suddenly there's no way back.. Not once did we stop earlier to think if what we were doing is leading us to some destination or were we just like the dogs that run and bark after the cars never knowing what they want? My Name Is Khan is one such journey which tells us just how important is the destination and how useless is a journey without an intention..

It inspires us to start a journey with a goal however difficult that might be.. Our protagonist dreams and dreams BIG and shows us how important it is to plan our route..

This film acts as a reality check.. It's high time we introspect and take ourselves to a position where we can justify all our actions.. Our heart should tell us we are good people and that we are not into anything bad.. Taking stands based on communal loyalty is not something that should be tolerated in any way whatsoever..

One life is all we have to leave our imprints on the sands of time and we should make it worthwhile.. Like the protagonist of the story we should not be deterred by the difficulties in the path of truthfulness.. Success is so much sweeter when it comes under adversary..

Human emotions are drying up and religion-divide is what has been ruling our minds for so many years now.. The newer generation is definitely much more progressive but this is a kind of cancerous disease that needs to be treated soon before we all fall prey to it.. It's time when we stop dividing people on the basis of whom they fold and bow their heads before.. If not now then this could lead to catastrophic results in the not so distant future.. No more should we pay heed to those who are trying to differentiate us on these terms..

Finally I would like to thank Karan Johar for giving us such a beautifully crafted film with such a strong message that is so much needed at the moment.. Pinching our emotional nerves at the right place he has told a story that will live with us for quite a long time..And of course my heartiest congratulations to King Khan for making us believe once again in kindness and innocence.. Your portrayal of the character has inspired us no end.. Thank You for connecting us to our souls....
